The Ignite logo flashes across the NEWtron as the show goes live, the pulsating sounds of the shows theme blaring through the arena as the pyro goes off on the stage. Fans cheer while the camera sweeps around the arena in Hartford Connecticut. Matthews: Here we go with another edition of Ignite, and we are right on the heels of World War X, the first interpromotional Pay Per View between NEW and PCW. Walters: And headlining that show is the NEW VS PCW VS CRU match, and what a big one it will be. Matthews: there is something going on in the back. Flashing to the back we see medical personal running down the halls, coming around a corner to find a man down on the ground in the backstage area. Quickly the medical teams go to work, the camera scanning around the body, finally revealing the face of PT Merciless as the man lays unconciouss on the ground. Walters: That is PT, what the hell happened? Matthews: I don’t know but what does this mean for the opening match of the night?

[Walking down a corridor backstage is none other than The Herald of Holiness herself Reya Serra, along with her friend Paxar Vega. Both are already outfitted in their ring attire, with Reya still walking with a noticeable limp.]
Paxar: Tonight's going to be a big night Reya. You're going to walk out of here holding the Golden Contract AND one half of the Tag Team Titles with Vanessa.
[Reya looks over at her, smiling weakly as they keep walking.]
Reya: I would love to earn either or both of those accolades, plus I know that Vanessa would definitely like to win the Tag Team Titles with me, but neither outcome is certain until the matches are over. I could very well walk out of here with what I have come in with...nothing.
[Suddenly the two women stop in front of a door bearing the name of The Queen of The Court and one half of Divinity, Vanessa, and gaze at each other curiously.]
Paxar: Should we knock?
Reya: I think that would be appropriate.
[Paxar raises her hand to knock on the door and it suddenly swings open, revealing Dawn in... well... barely anything. Vanessa is seen in the background eating pizza, also fully dressed in her ring attire, and looks over to wave at Paxar and Reya. Dawn, on the other hand, stays in the doorway and glares down at them.]
Dawn: What is it?
[Paxar glares angrily at Dawn as she takes a step back.]
Paxar: Geez...have some modesty and put some clothes on or something. Nobody wants to see that...
[Reya looks over at Paxar, giving her a warning glance before turning her attention to Dawn.]
Reya: Hello Dawn. I thought it prudent to speak with Vanessa before our tag team match tonight, just to outline our strategy against our King and Executioner...
[Vanessa pops up behind Dawn and wiggles through her arm to move past and pounce on Reya, hugging her tightly and smiling at Paxar as Dawn rolls her eyes.]
Vanessa: Hiya Rey-Rey... sup Paxar?
[Paxar smiles slightly back at her as Reya puts her arms around Vanessa in a hug as well.]
Reya: Hello Vanessa. It is good to see you.
Paxar: Hi V...not a lot's going on...just about to see Divinity win those Tag Titles and Reya get that Golden Contract too...
Vanessa: Of course! We're gonna make our mark on the fed and prove our worth as a tag team. Even if it means taking out our boys hehe
Dawn: Does it matter, anyway? They're just tedious belts. Where will it get you? Nowhere. It's a waste of time, really...
[Reya frowns at this, and Vanessa narrows her eyes as she pulls away from her Herald and glares at her manager. Meanwhile, Paxar goes right up to Dawn and gets in her face.]
Paxar: Okay, seriously! I am SO sick of your attitude! Reya and V have worked hard to get where they're at and have hoped and prayed to become rightful tag champs, and you tell them it's worthless?! What the hell is wrong with you?!
Dawn: *smirks* Get out of my face, love, before I ruin yours.
Paxar: No, I won't! Not until you apologize to them! It means a lot to Divinity to gain these belts, and even more to Reya to win both of her matches, and you treat it like it's meaningless!
Dawn: There are more important things in life, Miss Vega, then to go after things that only look pretty... usually.
Paxar: Oh yeah, says the snobby trust fund brat who does nothing but shop for the most expensive things!
Reya: Paxar, please do not fight with Dawn...
Paxar: She started it! I'm so sick of her attitude Reya, and how she treats you and me! I'm just completely done with this bi-......
[Dawn suddenly moves forward, grabs Paxar by the arm, and presses her lips to Vega's. Reya's eyes go round as saucers as Vanessa drops the pizza that was halfway to her mouth. Ashby keeps her mouth firmly to Paxar's until the other woman yanks away, bright red and shocked as Dawn then turns her emerald eyes to Reya with a wicked grin.]
Dawn: What's that look? Would you like some too, sweetheart?
SLAP!!
[Paxar's hand lashes swiftly across Dawn's face, making her head whip to the side at the force. Vega then turns on her heel and starts off in a huff.]
Paxar: Let's go Reya... we have to prepare for your first match...
Reya: Ah... alright then...
[Reya still looks stunned as she follows a beat red Paxar away and down the hall, waving at Vanessa with a wary smile.]
Reya Serra: I will see you later Vanessa.
Vanessa: See you soon Rey-Rey... *looks at Dawn* And you...
Dawn: Temptation is as strong as a rampaging bull sometimes, dearest.
[The Queen rolls her eyes and stomps back into the room, fuming about the loss of her now dirty pizza. Dawn, in the meantime, continued watching the other two women walk off, and Paxar glances behind her shoulder to see the Irish woman shooting her a seductive smirk, before winking and heading into the dressing room as the scene fades...]

Tom Davis: the following contest is scheduled for one fall, introducing first he is the NEW Undisputed Champion, AARON ABRAHAM!!!!! The Arena goes completely black as the screeching techno intro of Sorry You're Not A Winner blasts around the arena. The darkness remains until around twenty seconds in when the song kicks in and green lights light up the entire arena. Still the man everybody expects to appear is nowhere in site.
At around thirty seconds the loyal Aaron Abraham fans clap along with the song and the arena is going crazy. But still nobody appears as the green lights continue to circle and flash.
Then on fifty seconds the chorus to the song kicks in and Aaron Abraham explodes through the curtain with his hand raised high.
Aaron walks from one side of the ramp to the other and back again soaking in the reaction of the crowd before charging to the ring and sliding in on his stomach.
Climbing to his feet, AA climbs to all four corners of the ring and allows the fans to once again tell him what they think of him before he spins and sits on the top turnbuckle awaiting his opponent or the start of the match.
Matthews: Well there is Abraham, but what will happen in this match with what we saw of PT to start the show?
Walters: Apparently this match is still going to take place. Why else would Abraham be out here and ready to wrestle?
Matthews: There is PT’s music.
Tom Davis; And his opponent, PT MERCILESS!!!!!
Walters: Yeah and where is he?
Matthews: I don’t know and now that the music has ended it would appear that the ref and Abraham are both confused.
Walters: Well there goes the ref with the ten count, I think he is going to count out PT if he doesn’t make it to the ring before the match.
Matthews: yep and there is the ten, this one is over and it really never even got started.
Tom Davis: Here is your winner as a result of a forfeit, AARON ABRAHAM!!!!!
Walters: Well I guess Abraham just got a great win here, I mean if you can call it a great win, either way what does this mean for team NEW with PT clearly being hurt.
Matthews: I don’t know Vince, I just don’t know.

After returning from another batch of commercials, we visualize the XL Center in Hartford, Connecticut, the crowd showing off their signs and drinking their beverages as this Ignite Super Show ensues. But all of a sudden, a loud voice emanates from the speakers, even though no one is around to make such a noise.
Voice: MICROPHONE CHECK 1-2!
As the crowd look around quizzically, Israel walks out in his street clothes, a black shirt with his face on it, and blue jeans. A lit blunt is in his mouth as he holds up his platinum Youngblood title to the fans. Some cheer, some boo, but Israel just blows a puff of smoke into a fan’s face before heading down to the ring. Sliding in under the ropes, Israel keeps a hold of his microphone, looking around as he shows off his belt.
Vince Walters: Oh great, what is this idiot doing out here?
Jill Matthews: Maybe he has something to say...
Vince Walters: Well he better make it quick. The less I see of this fool the better!
Kenath Israel: Look, I'm gonna make this short and sweet! I'm here right in front of you all as the Youngblood champ, in the state where it's biggest Wrestling Promotion is all about trending worldwide, but you know what? My left nut is trending worldwide, but I still don't get no respect. A lot of people didn't expect me to win this title, and they don't expect me to keep it. I know. But now, I'm up against Matt "The Dean of New Edge" Slater, and nobody thinks I'mma win right? Well, I got a little somethin to say about that.
Israel looks into the crowd, and squints his bloodshot eyes. He takes a long drag on the blunt and laughs to himself.
Kenath Israel: Looks like we got nobody in the nosebleeds!
Israel points upward, directing the camera to a sign deep in the high rows that says "Krayzee is my Nigga".
Kenath Israel: People say I haven't proved myself enough to even hold this title, well I can tell you, I've proven, with enough NEW titles, that I've done way more than Slater could have evah did! I'm the fuckin man around here, I may not be in the high card, but everyone knows...even you, Matt Slater, that when you face me, you got a fight of yo life. Speaking of you Slater, I want to call you on down. I got a little surprise for you!
Vince Walters: A little surprise? Is he going to bribe his way out of this match?
Jill Matthews: I’m certain Israel just said that he would be a fighting champion, Vince.
Vince Walters: He’s hiding the truth. He’s scared out of his mind ... whatever mind he has, and he’s using that blunt to calm his inner turmoil!
As Kenath Israel looks around, “This Fire Burns” by Killswitch Engage plays, the crowd booing loudly as Matt Slater walks out in a white shirt with the sleeves rolled up and dark jeans. He concentrates on Israel as he heads to the ring, climbing in and gesturing for a microphone of his own.
Vince Walters: Slater might as well just beat Israel now and put him out of his misery. There’s no point of him doing these silly games!
Slater stares at Israel as his music fades, the crowd booing Slater still as he raises the microphone to his lips.
Matt Slater: You know, Kenath, before you unveil what this little surprise you have in store for me is ... I’d like to take this time to say a few things myself.
Vince Walters: Now here comes the truth!
Matt Slater: You’re right, about a few things. You have indeed achieved more accomplishments and accolades than I have in New Edge Wrestling.
Israel smokes on his blunt and nods as Slater looks around at the crowd, only to smirk coldly and glance back at Kenath.
Matt Slater: But let’s get to the core of a few things here. Your championship reigns in New Edge Wrestling have been ... well, they’ve been rather mundane and embarrassing. I mean, you held the Trans-Atlantic Championship for one week, and then you teamed with Hunter Mordor and held the World Tag Team Championships for one week. Do you know how long I held the World Tag Team Championships for with Cera as Merciless Demise?
Israel shrugs as if he doesn’t care, but Slater answers the question for him.
Matt Slater: 106 days, Kenath, which makes me and Cera the longest reigning World Tag Team Champions in New Edge Wrestling history. Israel ... you and Mordor have the shortest World Tag Team Championship reign in New Edge Wrestling history with 7 days. Can you see the difference there? It shows that I actually hold onto titles when I win them, and I don’t lose them in quick fashion afterwards.
Vince Walters: Burn!
Matt Slater: I also manage to keep my employment secure, unlike you, who has been fired and rehired an unprecedented number of times. Why you always seem to come back is beyond me, considering how idiotic you continue to be, but I guess some of us have to be sympathetic around here.
Kenath Israel: Let’s quit with the history lessons, Brit boy! Everyone knows about me, what I’ve done. What they want to know, is what I’ll do to you tonight.
Matt Slater: What you’ll ... do to me? Israel, you’re lucky you even triumphed over Reya Serra to capture that Youngblood Championship in the first place. I hope you’ve had fun being champion, despite losing two matches in a row ... but it’s all going to end soon for you. You’re on borrowed time, Israel, and I will tell all of these people right now, that tonight, there will be a new Youngblood Champion crowned, and you’ll suffer the third loss in a row.
Israel simply smokes his blunt again as he squints his bloodshot eyes at Slater, blowing it out slowly before he talks once more.
Kenath Israel: You should go out and publish another dictionary. But speakin of time, Slater, here’s my surprise for you. Wondabread, get your ass out here!
Vince Walters: If this turns into a party, I’m seriously getting out of here.
Wondabread comes jogging down the ramp from the entrance, already adorned in his referee attire for the Youngblood Championship match later tonight. Israel tells him to stop near the apron as Slater looks at them both.
Matt Slater: What’s he going to do, magic tricks? Rap? Don’t tell me he’s got balloon animals planned too?
Kenath Israel: No, Slater. What he’s going to do ... is show you that time, is now on my side. This is my time now. I will be the Youngblood Champion for a long damn time, and no one will stop that, not even you. I’m sure ya’ll know what I mean once you see this.
After that verbalized cue, Wondabread then reaches into his pocket and pulls out something that makes Slater’s eyes widen with anger. It is the golden pocket watch that Cera got him for Christmas, and as Slater is about to assault Wondabread, Israel catches Slater off guard with a shot to his head with the Youngblood Title, the crowd cheering as Kenath gets out of dodge and runs back up the ramp with Wonda!
Jill Matthews: That was Slater’s watch! They took his watch!
Vince Walters: Call the cops! They stole his Christmas gift!
Jill Matthews: I think this match just got a lot more personal, Vince, but I’m sure there was a purpose to this. Israel wants to remain the Youngblood Champion by any means necessary, and I think he has just done something that will give him the momentum.
Slater feels his head and looks towards the entrance from the canvas, seeing Kenath and Wondabread disappearing behind the curtain before we fade to a set of commercials.

We cut backstage after a few commercials have finished promoting World War X to see Matt Slater wandering the corridors, looking aggravated at what has just transpired. He happens upon two workers talking to each other while drinking coffee, Slater pausing and looking at them in a venomous, cold manner.
Matt Slater: Where’s Israel?
The two shuffle in place with nervousness, not wanting to be beaten senseless by the enraged Brit. One of them simply points further down the corridor and Slater obliges without saying a word, strolling with a purpose until he clumsily knocks into a female worker. After the connection, Slater stops and glares at her with disapproval and bitterness, the woman backing up against the wall as he questions her like the other two men.
Matt Slater: Where’s Israel?
The woman frantically shakes her head silently to indicate that she doesn’t know of the Youngblood Champion’s whereabouts, Slater frowning with frustration as he turns away from her and continues to walk on. Eventually he bypasses Jim Floss, who is standing around with a microphone, and once the former Collision commentator spots Slater, he starts to rush after him, waving his microphone around as he goes.
Jim Floss: Hey Slater!
Halting his search for Israel once more, Slater glares down in annoyance as Floss catches up, catching his breath slightly before he starts to speak.
Jim Floss: I’m glad I caught you. I just wanted to get your thoughts on...
That’s when Slater interrupts him with a cold stare, Floss noticeably gulping with apprehension as Slater concentrates on his eyes.
Matt Slater: Where’s ... Israel...?
Floss doesn’t look around or flinch; he simply exhales and puts his other hand up defensively.
Jim Floss: I haven’t seen him, Slater! I promise!
Slater starts to walk off again, but Floss is persistent, walking after Slater with the hopes of him answering one key question.
Jim Floss: But I ... I just wanted...
Matt Slater: What?!
This responsive shout causes Floss to almost drop his microphone in surprise, fumbling it in his hands before he composes himself and raises it up again.
Jim Floss: I just ... wanted ... to know if you’ve ... come to a decision regarding ... World War X?
Slater continues to focus on Floss without saying a word, Jim’s expression turning into fear as the silence becomes too much to bear. After a short while, Slater simply leaves Floss standing alone as he walks off again, Floss failing to pursue him and sighing aloud before we cut back to the ringside area.
Vince Walters: I’m telling you, Jill, I would NOT want to be Kenath Israel right about now. His Youngblood Championship is on the line tonight, and Matt Slater looks ready to kill him! That idiot Wondabread shouldn’t have taken that watch!
Jill Matthews: Or was this the game plan all along? Has Kenath Israel caused Slater to emit so much anger that he’ll find a potential weakness in the challenger tonight?
Vince Walters: A weakness ... in that man?! You must be kidding! He’s going to leave Israel’s blood stained across this arena, and he’s going to leave with the Youngblood Championship!
Jill Matthews: But also, what will Slater's verdict be regarding World War X and the War Games Match? We've heard several rumours that Slater has changed his mind and will come to a final decision tonight, and I expect Roger Wright will be listening in for that answer.
Vince Walters: Roger Wright has had so much trouble with Team NEW that I think, in my opinion, it would be good for Slater to be part of the squad. But it's his choice, and well ...Slater hardly changes his mind, at least to my knowledge.

Matthews: Well, regardless, we are all set for this Hard Time Golden Contract match. All of the participants are already in the ring, and they all look ready for battle.
Walters: Well this should be an interesting one to say the least, and the money has to be on KOP, he has the clock in his favor and a five minute head start.
Matthews: No doubt that is an advantage, and let’s just set the rules, this match will be 60 minutes long, and the clock will be running, when someone scores a pinfall or a submission, the clock runs off in their favor, until the next pin fall or submission is scored, wrestler with the most time on the clock at the end is the winner.
Walters: Yeah and we all know, this is going to be a slug out, if you have the time, your one job is to keep anyone else from getting it, scoring a pin while you have the clock in your favor does nothing for you.
Matthews: Exactly, so having the time in your favor has to be used to your advantage, and I am sure we will see all kinds of strategies employed in this match, and there is the bell, and this thing is under way.
Instantly Rivers takes off across the ring at King of Pain, the bigger man planting him with a clothesline, Rivers hopping back to his feet, only to be planted with a running clothesline from King of Pain as he turns around. On the other side of the ring, Envy locks up with Reya, and immediately takes her to the matt with a belly to Belly side suplex, quickly he drops for the pin. 1 2 King of Pain stops the count with a boot to the back of the head of Envy, but before he can capitalize Rivers is on him, with a take out shoulder block to the back of King of Pains knee. Twisting around the leg, Rivers appears to be trying to lock in a leg lock, but Envy plants him with a reverse DDT, Reya Serra hitting Envy with a standing drop kick as the man gets back to his feet, Envy spilling over the top rope to the outside of the ring.
Matthews: Well we are five minutes into the match and it is just chaos, King of Pain is up to ten minutes on the clock, and if he makes it to 32 minutes and 31 seconds this match will officially be over!
Walters: What happens if he does? Will they just end the match right there?
Matthews: I don’t think we are going to have the chance to find out! Reya off the top rope with a swinging DDT, and she is going for the cover. ONE, TWO, THEEE!!!! Reya just scored a pinfall with 54 minutes on the clock, and now it’s in her favor.
KOP: 11:00 REYA: 00:00 Favor ENVY: 00:00 RIVERS: 00:00 TIME LEFT: 54:00
As Reya leaps up in celebration, she turns to meet the bottom end of a boot from Rivers, who drops down to pin her. 1 2 But Envy slips into the ring, Yanking Rivers off of Reya. Whipping the man around, Envy kicks him in the mid section before snap suplexing him halfway across the ring, Envy’s attention immediately turning to Reya as he hops back to his feet. Charging across the ring, Envy hits the woman with a swinging neck breaker, immediately dropping down for the cover on her. 1 2 But King of Pain breaks it up with a boot tot he back of the head of Envy, and he drops down for the pin 1 2 Reya manages to kick out of the pin fall, but from out of nowhere comes Rivers, spearing Envy through the middle rope and to the outside of the ring, falling across the prone body of Envy. Grabbing Reya by the hair he slings her back first into the corner, and follows it in with a running clothesline. Out of the corner Reya stumbles, slamming face first into the matt. Flipping her over, KOP goes for the pin. 1 2 But Rivers breaks it up with a double axe handle to the back of King of Pain’s head, following that with another chop block on King of Pain as the man tries to get to his feet. Quickly turning his attention back to Reya, Rivers hits her with a swinging neck breaker just as Envy hits King of Pain with a belly to belly suplex. Rivers immediately going for the cover. 1 2 3!
Matthews: Rivers just pinned Reya and now the clock is in his favor. Envy nearly broke it up, but the boot to the head of Rivers was just a few seconds too late.
Walters: Yeah but Envy might be about to capitalize on the fact that King of Pain was taken out by a brutal series of suplexes on the other side of the ring, and Reya being out of it as he is going to town on Rivers.
KOP: 11:00 REYA: 07:25 ENVY: 00:00 RIVERS: 00:00 favor TIME LEFT: 46:35
Lifting Rivers into the air, Envy brings him down with a brutal spike DDT and rolls him over for the pin. 1 2 Rivers kicks out, as King of Pain begins to stir across the ring, Before he can regain his feet, Envy fly’s across the ring, slamming the man back first into the corner with a brutal flying back shoulder block. Returning his attention to River, Envy drops the man with a bulldog just as he is coming back to his feet, and then turns his attention to Reya, grabbing her by the ankle and locking in an ankle lock. Grasping for the ropes, Reya refuses to tap out, King of Pain finally ending her pain as he plants Envy with a big boot. From across the ring River stumbles towards King of Pain who drops him with a House of Pain and turns to Reya. Grasping the top rope she pulls herself to her feet, only to turn just in time to feel the House of Pain herself, with King of Pain covering her for the pin. 1 2 3!
Matthews: And that was rather short lived for Rivers, as King of Pain just took the favor back in this one with that pin over Reya, and he has completely cleaned house.
Walters: Yeah he has and I think we are all seeing that maybe King of Pain shouldn’t be taken very lightly in this match.
KOP: 11:00 favor REYA: 07:25 ENVY: 00:00 RIVERS: 03:12 TIME LEFT: 43:23
Turning around, King of Pain delivers a brutal right to Envy, sending the man realing back into the corner. Moving in King of Pain mounts the middle rope and delivers a series of ten right fists to the face of Envy, the man stumbling out of the corner as King of Pain gets down off the middle rope. Wrapping him around the waist, King of Pain lifts him up and brings him down with a brutal belly to back take down suplex, planting Envy face and chest first into the matt. As King of Pain gets back to his feet, he is struck from the back by Rivers with drop kick that sends River stumbling forward, Reya pulling down the top rope and King of Pain falling to the outside, both Reya and River moving to pin Envy.
Matthews: Now we have a little stand off, both of them are trying to decide who is going to pin Envy, and now they have come to blows in this one.
Walters: Yeah and Rivers seems to be getting the upper hand, he has Reya against the ropes, and there she goes, across the ring.
On the rebound River plants Reya with a clothesline, immediately bringing her back to her feet, only to drop her with a snap DDT in the middle of the ring. Once more he lifts her to her feet, and sends her over the top rope, slamming cross body first into King of Pain who had just risen to his feet on the outside. With a smile Rivers turns his attention to Envy and moves in for the pin, but Envy reaches up pulling Rivers down and rolling him into a small package pin. 1 2 3!!!!
Matthews: My god Envy just stole a win, and now the favor is his, and Rivers is shocked, completely shocked!
Walters: I am too, I thought Rivers was about to get the favor back, but Envy lured him in and he just stole it from Rivers!
KOP: 19:02 REYA: 07:25 ENVY: 00:00 favor RIVERS: 03:12 TIME LEFT: 35:21
Swinging wildly, Rivers tries to hit Envy, but the man ducks the blows, finally landing a European upper cut to the Rivers, that drives him backwards. Moving forward Envy hits another European uppercut, and then another, and finally a fourth one before grabbing Rivers by the back of the head and guiding him around in a circle, and depositing him over the top rope and to the outside of the ring. Turning back around, Envy ducks the clothesline from King of Pain, kicking the man in the mid section and dropping him with a DDT in the middle of the ring. From behind, Reya grabs Envy by the waist, but Envy counters out into a hammerlock and forces the woman chest first into the corner.
Matthews: Envy is really asserting himself in this match now, and it could only be a matter of time before he takes complete control and all but assures himself the win in this one.
Walters: No doubt, he is just clipping along right now, and is already at five minutes of favor, and it doesn’t look like he will be losing that favor anytime soon.
Grabbing Reya, Envy executes a perfect belly to back over head release suplex on the woman, sending her halfway across the ring, and landing on King of Pain who is still down on his back, the ref dropping down for the count. 1 2 3!!! Envy attempts to break it up, but from the outside, River trips him as he takes off, Envy slamming face first into the matt.
Matthews: Holy crap, did you see that, he just belly to back suplexed her and she landed on the already down KOP and got the pin fall and now has the favor.
Walters: I have never seen anything like that in all my years as a commentator, never!
KOP: 19:02 REYA: 07:25 favor ENVY: 05:09 RIVERS: 03:12 TIME LEFT: 30:12
Immediately Envy slips under the bottom rope and goes after Rivers, but the man is ready for him, striking Envy in the chest with the top of a baseball bat while the ref has his bac turned. As Envy drops down gasping for his breath, River slips into the ring and rolls Reya off the body of King of Pain, covering him up. 1 2 NO! King of Pain kicks out, and Rivers undeterred turns to Reya who is next to King of Pain, covering her up for the pin fall. 1 2 3!
Matthews: King of Pain kicked out, and Rivers went right on to trying to pin the next person he could.
Walters: Did a minute even pass?
Matthews: One minute and one second to be exact passed.
KOP: 19:02 REYA: 08:26 ENVY: 05:09 RIVERS: 03:12 favor TIME LEFT: 29:11
Jumping up in triumph, Rivers delivers a kick to the side of King of Pain as the man tries to get back to his feet, checking over his shoulder, River’s drops a knee to the chest of Reya, followed by another stomp to King of Pain as the once more the man tries to pull himself to his feet. Looking over his shoulder, Rivers again check to see if Envy is back to his feet, and again there is no movement, so once more Rivers moves on to Reya, who is trying to pull herself to her feet. This time Rivers helps her to her feet, and Reya hooks Rivers’ leg, dropping him with a Russian leg sweep before the man can even react.
Matthews: Rivers was so paranoid about Envy, that he allowed himself to get distracted and Reya capitalized with a beautiful Russian leg sweep.
Walters: Can you blame him for being distracted, he hit the man with a baseball bat when the ref wasn’t even looking, I would be paranoid too.
Grabbing Rivers, Reya locks in the Final Judgement, Rivers swinging his arms around wildly he tries to break free of the hold, but is unsuccessful, finally succumbing to the pain and tapping out to the hold.
Matthews: Reya has now gained the favor in this match, and it is just back and forth, back and forth, it’s really anyone’s match.
Walters: That it is, and you can see the fatigue starting to set in on all the combatants.
KOP: 19:02 REYA: 08:26 favor ENVY: 05:09 RIVERS: 11:15 TIME LEFT: 21:08
Just as River’s taps, King of Pain makes his move, but Reya slips down, taking King of Pain down with a drop toe hold, KOP’s face slamming into the bottom turnbuckle in the corner. Quickly Reya goes to work on the leg of KOP, dropping a knee to the back of his knee, and then a stomp to the back of his knee. Stepping back, she waits as KOP pulls himself to a standing position and takes off running at him, taking him out with a running missile drop kick that forces him back first into the corner and then causing him to stumble out of the corner. Hopping to the second rope she leaps off and drives him face first into the matt with a bull dog.
Matthews: What the heck happened to Al?
Walters: That’s a great question, because it is getting close the point that he will mathematically be out of this match.
Matthews: Reya’s current run is up to four minutes, and if it reaches 7 minutes and 7 seconds, he will be mathematically eliminated.
Getting back to her feet, Reya spies Rivers using the ropes to get to his feet, and charges him, hitting him too with a missile drop kick that sends him flipping over the top rope and slamming back first into the railing on the outside. Stepping back she takes off and leaps over the ropes, catching Rivers around the neck and taking him down with a Hurricanrana, Rivers spilling motionless across the ground. Back to her feet, Reya turns and is hit with a Syck Kick right the face, her body going limp as she falls to the matt. Quickly Envy slips into the ring and once again hits a Syck Kick, this one on King of Pain just as the man is getting to his feet and turning around. Dropping down, Envy goes for the cover on the man. 1 2 3!
Matthews: Out of nowhere Envy just showed up and got back into this match, and in the nick of time at that.
Walters: No doubt, that was some damn impressive timing for sure!
KOP: 19:02 REYA: 15:33 ENVY: 05:09 favor RIVERS: 11:15 TIME LEFT: 14:01
Hopping to his feet, Envy turns back to the clock, a smile on his face. Glancing around he moves into the corner of the ring and waits for a moment, no one in the match even moving. On the outside Rivers and Reya are out cold, and so is King of Pain. There in the corner he sits back, as Rivers finally begins to stir, the man coming to his feet with help from the apron. Finally rolling into the ring, Envy greets him with a kick to the mid section, and whip into the corner. Approaching the man, Envy delivers a right, but Rivers block, and counters with one of his own, and then a left, and another right. Driving Envy back, River grabs him by the arm, but Envy counters, only to have Rivers counter, sending Envy slamming face face and chest first into the referee. In a thud, the ref hits the matt, Evny falling onto him as he does.
Matthews: Wait! Envy just took out the ref, and I don’t think it was an accident, I mean think about it, he has all but ensured that only him or King of Pain can win the match with that little stunt right there!
Walters: What are you talking about, Rivers whipped him into the ref, not the other way around, that was clearly an accident and really a sad attempt to soil the victory for Al if he should win.
Matthews: Yeah but the timer just struck five minutes left in the match!
Walters: Meaning?
Matthews: Meaning both Reya and Rivers are officially eliminated from having a chance to win this one, and with no referee, who is going to count the next pin fall or submission?
Walters: Well Reya and Rivers can both thank Rivers for that one!
As Al stumbles back to his feet, he is met with a boot from King of Pain and hoisted up and slammed won with the House of Pain. As he rises to his feet, Rivers comes charging, but King of Pain sends the man over the top rope and spilling to the outside. Turning back King of Pain catches Reya in mid air as she attempts a cross body block, and slams her down with a vicious powerslam, covering her for the pin.
Matthews: There is no ref, this is a travesty, King of Pain should be getting the win right now, and there is no ref!!
Walters: And he has Rivers to thank for it, it’s all Rivers fault! What a shame, Envy looks like he is going to get another big victory in this one.
Standing up King of Pain looks around, the ref down and out, and turns to Envy who is rising to his feet, charging at him King of Pain drops Envy with a brutal clothesline, but Envy gets back to his feet on weak legs rather quickly, only to be dropped once again with a brutal clothesline. And again Envy hops to his feet, only this time as he stumbles towards King of Pain, he is dropped by a vicious Spine buster. Hopping back to his feet, King of Pain takes out the oncoming Rivers with a spine buster as well, leaving Reya to be caught with a hand around the neck. Lifting her up, King of Pain drops her down with a chokeslam.
Matthews: There’s less than a minute left, King of Pain has to do something, he has to wake the ref.
Walters: Wait what is this? There is a ref coming to the ring, but he isn’t the official, official.
Matthews: What the hell did you just say? He is as official as the next guy!
Walters: Ten seconds left, Ten, Nine.
Matthews: he has her covered and there is the count, ONE!
Walters: Eight
Matthews: Two!
Walters: Seven!
Matthews: Three!
KOP: 19:02 favor REYA: 15:33 ENVY: 19:03 RIVERS: 11:15 TIME LEFT: 00:06
Walters: Six, five, four.
Matthews: It’s too late Vince, King of pain is going to win with a total of 19:08 to 19:03 over Envy, King of Pain did it, he defied the odds.
Walters: Two, ONE!!!!!
KOP: 19:08 REYA: 15:33 ENVY: 19:04 RIVERS: 11:15 TIME LEFT: 00:00
Tom Davis: Here is your winner of the Golden Contract, THE KING OF PAIN!!!!!
Walters: That last pin should not have counted, that was not he legal official that came out and made that pin count, I demand that someone come out here and fix this problem and fix it right now.
Matthews: What are you talking about, that official did what he needed to do, the other ref was out and he made the pin count that should have been made even earlier in the match.
Walters: It still should have not happened that way! This was a robbery of Envy, and we all know it.
Matthews: Well all I have to say is, congratulations King of Pain!!!!

Sitting behind his desk, Roger waited as the door to his office swung open, Ryan Elias walking in with a smile on his face.
Elias: Well I am glad you have finally come to your senses Roger, this is in the best interest of the company.
Wright: Best interest of NEW, or your best interest, and the best interest of Showtime?
Elias: Well it's in everyone's best interest. I and Showtime will own NEW, and you will do what you were meant to do, and this is wrestle. I mean let's face it you just are not the behind the desk kind of guy.
Wright: Just give me the damn paperwork so me and my attorney can look it over.
Pulling out an envelope, Ryan throws it onto Roger's desk and smiles.
Elias: This offer expires after World War X, so don't take to long to make your decision. Besides if you wait too long there won't be any company for us to want to buy, especially the way things are going right now.
Wright: Just get out of here.
With a wave Roger motioned for the man to leave, his head turning to the envelope on his desk, as the door slammed behind the exiting Ryan Elias.

As the shot slowly fades in, we immediately see Adrien Specter walking down the hall, his face focused as he walks. Finally he reached his destination, looking at the door before slowly it opens, to see Reya and Paxar exiting the room, their faces downtrodden as they walk past, giving Adrien a quick nod, before continuing on their way. Cautiously Adrien watches them leave, before turning his attention to the room, seeing Vanessa seated in there, before entering the room and closing the door behind him.
Adrien: Trouble in Paradise?
Vanessa looks up from her cup of coffee
Vanessa: A little...
Adrien: Dare I ask?
Vanessa: It doesn't matter. She'll get her head back in the game for the main event anyway...
She glances up at him
Adrien: I wouldn't concern myself with it too much. The tag titles come to The Court regardless...
Vanessa: That's true. Either way we win... though I'd like to capture them for myself hehe
Adrien: That would be a dream of which we both share...but you decided to do it against me rather than with me...
Vanessa: *blinks* Well Reya is my tag partner, not you...
Adrien: And yet you didn't have a problem with teaming with me to get you to this point...
She scowls at him
Vanessa: You're incorrect there... I've been pissed off about not being teamed with the appropriate partner for some time now...
Adrien: So now I'm an inappropriate partner?
Vanessa: Now don't mix around my words like that... that's what women do.
She smirks at him.
Vanessa: I meant the partner I picked, and you know it. And before you ask, I picked Reya because of logic and not because she's more important than you are...
Vanessa stares up at him seriously.
Adrien: I didn't accuse you of picking favourites. It's more to do with the fact I feel as though I'm not good enough for you to see this through to the end.
Vanessa: ...how do you mean?
Adrien: Regardless that we weren’t tag partners, I thought I might have seen the end with you. All I need are those belts, and I'll officially have everything I could possibly achieve in NEW...and I was actually looking forward to being your partner to do it.
Vanessa: But that would only be for you... now wouldn't it? What about me?
She frowns at him
Adrien: being the woman I'm marrying, my hope is that you would have felt the same
Vanessa: You're wrong. I wanna be with you... I love you, and I want to marry you. I wanna be yours... but in life, not in our career.
Adrien: Still...it hurts being cast aside like that.
Vanessa put her coffee down, goes up to him and grabs his face with both her hands, staring up at him carefully.
Vanessa: I'm not casting you aside Adrien. I would never do that. You're the love of my life, and I adore you. Just because I'm not teaming with you... it doesn't mean I'm trying to cast you aside. Because our relationship is far deeper than being in a simple match together... to me..
Adrien: Good...because I intend to hold thoes belts by the end of the night. Me and Frank may not have been a team for as long as you and Reya...but we both intend on walking away the victors.
She grins deviously at him.
Vanessa: As do Reya and I... Divinity intends to kick ass during our match and show you how faith can overcome strength. So... let the best team win?
Adrien: Don't worry Darling...
Adrien kisses V before making his way to the door, the smile on his face disappearing as he walks out the door.
Adrien: We intend to...
The shot fades to black

Jill Matthews: Up next, ladies and gentleman, we have the current NEW Xtreme Champion Matthew Carter taking on “The Baddest Bitch” Cera in one-on-one action. This should be a back-and-forth match from the very start with a lot of quick manoeuvres and impressive counters. Who are you going with, Vince?
Vince Walters: I can’t be sure. I mean, Carter surprises me with his wrestling ability, but Cera is always about being brutal and flash. It’s going to be a contest of determination and endurance, which will make this a good one.
Jill Matthews: It’s interesting to note too that some people have identified Cera training with Matt Slater at a gym in Hartford yesterday for this match, and that she has developed a few more moves to add to her arsenal. Matthew Carter was also seen training defensively for Cera’s strikes, so it appears that both competitors are going into this with a few tricks up their sleeve.
Vince Walters: Absolutely. Speaking of sleeves...
Jill Matthews: No Vince.
Tom Davis: The following contest is scheduled for one fall!
An explosion on the stage proceeds the immediate hard guitar followed by drums of "Welcome to the Masquerade" by Thousand Foot Krutch. From the rafters thousands of paper masks fall, the song slowing as it nears the chorus. Then, as the chorus begins, Matthew Carter steps out from behind onto the entrance stage, the NEW Xtreme Championship fastened around his waist for all to see. With a smile he begins walking to the ring, stopping periodically to slap hands with the fans and appear to yell at others.
Tom Davis: Introducing first, from Las Vegas, Nevada, weighing in at 211lbs, he is the NEW Xtreme Champion, MATTHEW CARTER!
Jill Matthews: Matthew Carter was unfortunate to lose against the King of Pain last week, who won the Golden Contract Briefcase earlier tonight against Al Envy, Reya Serra and Christian Rivers, but Carter did make a great effort against the former military man. Now he looks towards beating Cera in a match that he knows should be quick and technical, and something he has to keep in mind at all times.
Vince Walters: ... I have nothing to add.
Jill Matthews: Well, fair enough. Let’s just move on then.
Finally reaching the ring, Carter rolls under the ropes and mounts the far corner, loosening the Xtreme Championship from around his waist and raising it up with both arms extended, yelling at the crowd too to emphasise his standing in the company. The crowd return the favour with a chorus of mixed cheers and boos, Carter eventually climbing down and handing his belt to an outside official as he waits for his opponent.
As the beginning of “Been to Hell” by Hollywood Undead starts up, the lights dim and deep red strobes flash around the arena. The Edge-tron flashes moments of wrestlers being bludgeoned and bloody... until finally revealing the one who did it, wielding a war hammer in her hand covered in blood, until it starts flashing to reveal another image of the woman holding a bright red baseball bat, with the word 'Power' on it, along with raised steel studs trailing over the top. It flashes suddenly to a close-up of her haunting pale blue eyes, which narrow wickedly.
Suddenly the Edge-tron goes black as glowing words crawl upon the screen, spelling out 'Sweet Malevolence', fading then returning with 'In the form of', fading once more and coming on again with one last word... 'bloodshed'. The first verse of the song starts as the crimson lights flash down to the entrance and stop there. Out steps a figure dressed in thick, heeled boots, ripped jeans and a leather jacket, with her arms crossed arrogantly. A smirk crawls upon her lips as the crowd goes hysterical with boos and cheers, ecstatic to see the Baddest Bitch in NEW! As the chorus starts, Cera simply laughs darkly at the fans as she moves forward, the lights following her every movement.
Tom Davis: And his opponent, from Sky Valley, Georgia, weighing in tonight at 135lbs, CERA!
Jill Matthews: Last week, Cera and Reya Serra engaged in what could only be described as a war on Ignite, all to get into the Hard Time Match for the Golden Contract Briefcase. Cera lost the contest to her angelic sister, but not without suffering some cracked ribs in the process, which have been bandaged up tight.
Vince Walters: Angelic? After what she did? I beg to differ! And I just know that Matthew Carter will be targeting that area throughout this match too. Let’s just hope her training with Slater pays off ... including what they did afterwards...
Jill Matthews: You can be so perverted at times.
Vince Walters: How did you know I meant that? I could have meant... GAH!
Exceedingly bright pyro shoots out of the turnbuckles as she reaches it, leaping over the ropes acrobatically before stripping off her jacket to reveal a tight, ripped up tanktop.
Vince Walters: Okay, someone needs to warn me when that happens from now on!
Jill Matthews: Gladly. Will a slap to the face do as a sign?
Vince Walters: And you can be an utter bitch.
Jill Matthews: It comes from having to commentate on matches with you over these past few months. Deal with it.
The bell resounds with Cera and Carter circling each other, Cera trying to keep her distance as she looks for a way to strike without Carter countering. Carter does indeed go for her ribs as he lunges forward, but Cera dodges out of the way and nails Carter with a knee strike to his face, following it up with a high kick that forces Carter to the canvas. The Baddest Bitch then places her foot on Carter’s throat, choking him for a moment until she raises it up to stomp down on his neck. Fortunately for Carter, he puts his hands up and blocks, keeping a hold of her foot as he gets back up quickly and kicks her other leg out from under her. Carter then kicks Cera right in the ribs which causes her immediate agony, Carter rolling her onto her stomach before he does a brief handstand and brings his knee right onto the same area.
Vince Walters: Just as I suspected.
Jill Matthews: With a weakness like that, it doesn’t take rocket science to work out that Carter would attack that area, Vince.
Vince Walters: Still, he’s being predictable. He needs to be more unorthodox!
Pulling Cera back to her feet, Carter whips her towards the ropes and tries for a back body drop on the rebound, but Cera reverses the momentum in mid-air and lands on her feet, striking Carter with a spinning heel kick as soon as he turns around. Cera feels her ribs as her expression shows that she’s in excruciating pain, but she wants to continue fighting like always, forcing herself upward and stomping down on Carter’s head as he lies defenceless on the canvas. Carter rolls away after this strike and takes solace near the ropes, getting back up as the referee tells Cera to back off. But Cera ignores his demands and advances towards Carter yet again, Carter using this opportunity to chop away at her chest before kneeing her again in the ribs and dropping her with a DDT.
Jill Matthews: That was kind of smart actually, drawing Cera in with anger and then using it against her.
Vince Walters: That’s until it back-fires when he tries it again. Cera is a fast learner after all.
Carter pulls Cera up to her feet whilst keeping her in a front facelock, using this position as a lead to execute a vertical suplex. Carter then rolls onto Cera and covers her...
ONE!
TWO!
Cera gets her shoulder up in time. Carter nails her in the rib area with a few elbow shots to demonstrate his ruthless nature, bringing Cera back up again before delivering a backbreaker!
Vince Walters: Now that’s a move that’ll cause further damage and hurt!
Jill Matthews: Which is why he used it, genius. And Carter is going for another cover...
ONE!
TWO!
Jill Matthews: Nope, Cera kicks out again. I’m telling you, this woman is a fighter.
Vince Walters: That’s about as obvious as my comment!
Jill Matthews: Touché.
Knowing he needs to keep on Cera with technical moves, Carter wraps his arms around her waist and applies a reverse bearhug, only to stand back up with his arms locked around her and performing a German Suplex. Cera continues to fight with everything she has though as she elbows Carter in the head several times after he stands back up with her again, eventually causing Carter to break his grip and leave Cera room to spin around and connect with a Dropkick. Cera gestures for Carter to stand back up as she staggers around, trying to breathe through the pain that Carter has administered. Carter does stand up but tries to take Cera off guard with a rushing shoulder tackle, Cera noticing it quickly and kicking Carter in the chest viciously. This halts Carter’s attack motive and puts Cera in a position to unleash some other kicks, which she does, successfully landing a Tiger Feint Kick before she finishes off the combination with a Snap Neckbreaker!
Jill Matthews: Those ribs of Cera’s are really putting her in a bad state, but Cera is showing that she can still go despite her apparent injuries!
Vince Walters: I think Carter needs to realize this, otherwise his tactics won’t work!
Jill Matthews: If Carter continues to attack her in the manner that he has been doing, he can win. The thing that Cera needs to do is to stop him from doing that.
Cera slowly brings Carter back to his feet and leaps onto his shoulders, spinning him around into a hurricanrana. Cera then gets back up, feeling her ribs with a slight look of torment until she growls and looks to the corner, going over to it and starting to climb.
Jill Matthews: Is Cera willing to take this crucial risk against Carter? Her ribs are in bad shape!
Vince Walters: She’ll do whatever it takes to win!
Cera balances on the top turnbuckle as Carter gets back to a standing position, looking towards Cera as she flies off and crashes across Carter with a Crossbody Block! Cera then hooks his leg for a cover of her own...
ONE!
TWO!
Carter raises his shoulder up, breaking the fall and causing Cera to get frustrated.
Vince Walters: She took a chance, but it didn’t quite pay off!
Jill Matthews: If I were Cera, I’d put Carter into a ground submission right now.
Instead of taking Jill’s advise, Cera instead starts to kick away at Carter, finishing her series of strikes as she turning around and then lands on Carter with a standing moonsault! Cera then goes for another cover...
ONE!
TWO!
Carter again kicks out!
Jill Matthews: These pin-falls are getting closer to that count of three, but it’ll take something powerful and effective to keep Cera and Carter down at this rate.
Breathing heavily as best as she can, Cera stands back up and assesses the situation, looking around with her eyes in noticeable thought until she appears to get an idea. She then leans down and pulls Carter up by his arm, all to wrap herself around him and apply an Octopus Stretch, Carter being trapped in this submission hold as he stands in place, trying to take the punishment!
Jill Matthews: What in the ... I’ve not seen this move from Cera before!
Vince Walters: I guess she learned a few moves to add to her impressive arsenal, and Carter has fallen to one knee!
With Cera applying intense pressure to Carter’s neck and shoulders, the Xtreme Champion is in a state of trouble. The referee continues to ask Carter if he wants to give in, but he won’t relent. After a long, torturous while, Carter finally powers back up and falls backwards, crushing Cera and compressing her ribs again which force her to let go of the hold.
Vince Walters: That move could have kept Carter down, but I guess he’s no ordinary competitor.
Jill Matthews: You’ve only just realized this?
Vince Walters: Well, he seemed ordinary to me ... generic too...
Carter brings Cera up again before delivering a Double Arm Suplex, heading to the corner and climbing it for an aerial move. Cera is in serious pain as she tries to stand back up, Carter taking his time as he keeps an eye on her. When Cera is in a position of vulnerability, Carter flies off, looking to change his dive into a falling Wrong Stuff. However, Cera surprises the crowd by jumping up and grabbing a hold of Carter, driving her knees into his face and executing a Codebreaker!
Vince Walters: What the ... that was ... she just used Slater’s Raining Shadows!
Jill Matthews: That must have been one of the moves her taught her during the training!
Cera and Carter are down on the canvas as they breathe through exhaustion, Cera struggling to stay composed as she gradually gets back to her feet. Carter follows her back up after a while and strikes Cera in the ribs with a punch, twisting around and going for a Wrong Stuff again. Cera pushes Carter away towards the ropes though, ducking under a retaliating clothesline from the Xtreme Champion and attempting to nail him with an enziguri. Carter ducks under this time around though and lets Cera fall to the canvas, hooking her leg between his and trying to lock in the PACIFISM!
Jill Matthews: If Carter gets that submission hold on, this could be it!
As he tries to get it locked in, Cera battling against him without stopping, she manages to turn over and pull Carter down into a small package, the referee getting into position to make the count...
ONE!
TWO!
Carter only just gets his shoulders up and escapes the package! Both of them manage to get back up with Carter evading a running kick from Cera, grasping her neck after a high knee and rushing to the corner for the FIGHT OR FLIGHT!
Vince Walters: WATCH OUT!
Unfortunately Cera is planted by the manoeuvre, Carter pausing for a moment until he rolls Cera over onto her back and covers her...
ONE!
TWO!
NO! NO! Cera only just got her shoulder up!
Jill Matthews: Cera kicked out!
Vince Walters: That was a close call right there! And just think, these two will be team partners at WWX! With the amount of damage they’re inflicting, it’ll be any wonder if they can survive that huge contest at the PPV ... or even get along!
Carter, looking frustrated, then pulls Cera up and places her on his shoulders, looking for the Dose of Reality! Miraculously though, Cera catches Carter in the face with an elbow, dropping down in front of him and landing a strong knee to his abdomen. Carter staggers back and is about to rush forward again, but Cera delivers her XTREME SPEED before he can do so, Cera feeling her ribs after the connection before she covers him...
Jill Matthews: She connected with the Xtreme Speed! This could be it!
ONE!
TWO!
THREE!!!
Vince Walters: What a match!
Tom Davis: Here is your winner, CERA!
Jill Matthews: That was certainly a match that either of these competitors could have won. And with these two taking part in the War Games Match at World War X, along with Roger Wright, NEW has a good chance of victory at the PPV.
Vince Walters: Roger Wright definitely picked two fine wrestlers, however I’m not sure about Cera’s ribs. She looks like she needs instant medical attention. But the other question is, who will the last member be? Will it be Slater, or will it be someone else?
Jill Matthews: What if Specter changes his mind and agrees? We won’t know for certain until later tonight. But still, a great match from both of these competitors, and one that could have been won by either throughout.

We cut backstage to witness Matt Slater pacing back and forth in his ring attire, clearly agitated and wanting to brutalize Kenath Israel tonight in their Youngblood Championship Match. As Slater continues to pace, the door to his room opens with Cera staggering, feeling her ribs and breathing terribly as Slater keeps a wary, cautious eye on her. Just as he internally suspects, Cera stumbles forward, about to collapse onto the floor until Slater rushes across and supports her tumbling figure with his body and arms.
Matt Slater: Great victory, Cera. I just ... saw it on the television. I think you need to sit down though.
Slater helps Cera to the nearby couch and sits her down comfortably, kneeling in front of her and checking her ribs delicately with his fingers, causing Cera to wince at the touch.
Matt Slater: Are you sure those ribs will hold up for WWX? I wouldn't like them to break on you and put you on the shelf...
Cera: *coughs and flinches* Agh... yeah, I'll heal eventually... don't worry about it...
Matt Slater: I'm just making sure. I mean through our training before tonight you were having difficulties breathing at times.
Cera: *smirks* Well Reya hit me pretty damned hard in our match as well last week... now Carter? Just... damn...
Matt Slater: I understand. Now ... I need to brutalize a damn criminal by the name of Kenath Israel who has something precious of mine. I just can't believe his match is being officiated by that idiot Wondabread too, who started the entire thing...
Cera: He stole something of yours? *she reaches into the pocket of her leather jacket and pulls out her sexy tequila flask* What was it?
As Cera starts to unscrew the cap to her tequila flask, Slater proceeds to stand up from his knelt position and look away, prepared to tell her but feeling angry in doing so.
Matt Slater: ... Your golden watch...
Cera: *drops tequila... it falls on her boots* Aw... my boots are messed up now! *looks back at him* And wtf?! You lost my present to you?!
Matt Slater: I'm not sure how, and I don't care how...
Slater then exhales and looks back at Cera.
Matt Slater: All I know is, I'm getting that watch back, and I'm defeating Israel for the Youngblood Championship tonight.
Cera doesn't answer at first, picking up her flask instead and glaring down for a moment before glancing at him.
Cera: Yeah... get the watch back.
Matt Slater: I assure you I will, Cera.
With this vow declared, Slater then begins to walk off for his match, until he stops at the doorway after uncovering another notable piece of information he needs to tell her about.
Matt Slater: Also ... I came to a decision...
After hearing this comment, Cera slowly stands up from the couch and moves forward, coming up behind him and staring at him quietly.
Cera: ... Go on...
Matt Slater: ... I'll announce it after my match.
Slater then turns around and places his hands on her waist.
Matt Slater: I promise.
At that point, Slater leans forward and kisses her on the lips, Cera accepting it as she smirks against his lips and then pulls back gently.
Cera: ... Make it the right one... and good luck.
Slater smiles and nods back affirmatively, removing his hands from her waist and uttering one comment for her to savour.
Matt Slater: I will, and thanks for the luck ... even though Israel’s countdown as champion has reached ... zero...
Leaving Cera with this statement, Slater then turns around and exits the locker room, the camera following him out and watching him walk down the corridor.

Tom Davis: This next match is a singles match for the YoungBlood Championship!!! First to the ring is the contender to the title, weighing in at 230lbs and hailing from Manchester, England... he is Matt Slater!!
Jen Ryette: Actually, Tommy-kun got it wrong... Matty-chi hails from Cera's bedroom!
[As darkness consumes most of the arena except for the entrance and the crowd boo loudly, blue and white strobe lights circling around in stationary motion as the music begins, both commentators look to the side to see Jen Ryette (Cera's manager) sitting next to Vince. Walters' eyes trail down her low cut shirt, as the lights scatter and spread across the arena in rhythm, an array of pyrotechnics shooting off as the song reaches its metal opening.]
Vince Walters: What the hell are you doing here?
Jen Ryette: I'm here ta comment on Matty-chi's match ya silly boo... you don't want me here...?
Vince Walters: Oh god, she's pouting at me... Jill, she's giving me Bambi eyes!!!
Jill Matthews: Don't be fooled by her innocence... I hear Jen's as big a bitch as her friend Cera. The contender in this match should know that all too well...
[As fog rolls from the entrance way and down the ramp, Matt Slater walks out slowly from behind the curtain, bearing a stoic expression on his face. He slowly walks onto center stage and stands relaxed with his head bowed, listening to the repetitive drum and bass chords that resound from the speakers. Slowly raising his head up, Slater exhales slowly, taking a methodical stride down the ramp without rushing as he walks through the fog, the lights sweeping all around him that create an atmospheric scene one can only truly experience live in the arena.]
Vince Walters: Matt Slater is the ONLY contender in this match. Why he's going for such a small title is beyond me... he could do way better
Jill Matthews: So you aren't rooting for him in this match?
Vince Walters: Oh hell no, I'm still rooting for him. Mostly because I refuse to root for that idiot, Israel...
Jill Matthews: Kenath has come a long way! He defeated a huge talent in Reya Serra to get this title, and now is facing a past main eventer this week! He's done exceedingly well lately, and hasn't as you would put it, sucked...
Vince Walters: You know who I think SHOULD suck?
Jill Matthews: Don't go there Vince... don't even go there...
[After a while of walking, Slater reaches the ringside area and uses the stairs to ascend onto the apron, walking alongside it slowly as he brushes his hand across the ropes. Looking around momentarily with pure loathing, Slater steps through the ropes and graces across the ring, walking to the far turnbuckle and mounting its formations. Slater glances out at the crowd without raising his arms or doing any kind of gesturing motion, simply surveying those who boo his presence. After a short while Slater climbs down and walks back to the center of the ring, ready and willing to take on his opponent without showing them any gratification or his patented smirk.]
Jen: Matty-chi is sooo sexy...
Jill Matthews: He is rather handsome, isn't he...?
Vince Walters: Oh god, shut up you two...
Tom Davis: And the Champion... weighing in at 385lbs and billed from Houston, Texas... he is 'Krayzee' Kenath Israel!!
[youtube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tE4IAy8kqU4&feature=player_embedded [/youtube]
[The sounds of a woman moaning roars throughout the arena as the lights dim down a bit, the stage setting ablaze by two pyrotechnic blasts on the sides of the ramp, which flare up, going at intervals. The music blasts out from the audio system, and KeNath Israel slowly walks through the curtain, looking at the audience with the YoungBlood Championship on his shoulder. He scowls and reached into his trunks, pulling out a blunt and lighter. Israel puts the blunt in his lips and flicks the lighter, but to no avail. Walking to one side of the stage, he holds his head over as a blast of fire emerges mere inches from his face, lighting up the "funny" cigarette.]
Jill Matthews: And here's the proud champ! Kenath is looking confident tonight... is that a gold watch hanging from his pocket?
Vince Walters: Wasn't that a present from Cera, to Slater?
Jill Matthews: Exactly. And Slater wants that important present back...
Jen Ryette: Cuz he probably won't get any til he does!
[As the regular commentators stare at Jen, KeNath takes a puff and blows out a large cloud of smoke before heading down to the entrance ramp. A few fans put their hands out as KeNath Israel tosses the ashes into one lucky attendant's palm. Approaching the ring, Krayzee walks to the side of it before walking up the steps and taking another puff as he holds it in while walking towards the center of the apron. A spotlight shines down on the Big Krayzeeas he slowly makes his way to the center. Stalling for a minute, Krayzee raises his head up and forcefully blows a geyser of pot smoke into the air and smirks, his eyes now on Slater as the bell suddenly rings.]
Jill Matthews: And they lock up right away! Both men are struggling to gain control right away!
Jen Ryette: And Matty-chi gets his cute lil knee up ta hit Kenny-kun right in the tummy... that poor chocolate boi, he's all doubled over...
Jill Matthews: Er... anyway, Kenath looks up only to meet Slater's knee once again! This time he's stumbling back!
[Slater lurches forward to hit a hard right to Kenath's mouth, then goes for another only for Israel to dodge this time and hit a strong clothesline! Kenath then pulls Slater up and hits a strong shoulder mounted jawbreaker! Slater is on the ground after Kenath's Gangsta Breaker, and Israel stomps on him a few times, before pulling back and waiting for his opponent to stand. Slater grimaces, holding his face in pain before moving carefully to his feet, only for Kenath to then run forward to hit a powerful spear into the corner!!]
Jill Matthews: Drive By from Kenath!!
Vince Walters: Getting hit with such force by someone so large has most likely knocked the breath out the Brit in the ring... but he'll get his ass up, I know it!
Jen Ryette: Go Matty-chi! If ya win I'll give ya my exclusive pics of Cera Bear in da showeerrr!
Vince Walters: Oh damn, can I have some of those too?!
Jill Matthews: ...you two are both idiots...
[Slater scowls, ignoring the commentators as he tries blocking the hits his opponent is attacking him with. Seeing an opening, Matt lifts his leg up and his a strong kick into the chest of Kenath, then moves forward to hit a violent knife edge chop! But he doesn't stop there, moving forward to hit another hard high knee to his foe's stomach, before grabbing hold of the larger man and hitting a pedigree!! Dawn of Sorrow to Kenath, who drops to the ground, but manages to dodge an elbow drop! Slater rolls on the ground as his opponent manages to stand and stumbles back into Wondabread, making the makeshift 'ref' fall forward, before Israel then pulled out his lighter as Matt got to his feet. Kenath moves forward with the lighter and puts it in Slater's face, making the other man jerk back, only giving Israel the chance to throw the lighter to the side and bodyslam him!!]
Jill Matthews: This match is going back and forth!!
Vince Walters: Israel is doing better than expected... they're both kicking each other's asses...
Jen Ryette: Nova-chi predicts Matty-chi for the win. He's psychic!
Vince Walters: Lizards can't be psychic...
Jill Matthews: Ew! Get that thing off the table!
Jen Ryette: That THING is gonna smite ya durin' the apocalypse... and Vince-kun... Nova-chi says you're wearin' purple undies with 'cRu' on the bum...
Vince Walter: How di-... I mean, NO! AM NOT!
Jill Matthews: Ugh, will both of you be quiet?! Matt's managed to get back to his feet and got in a superkick AND a spin kick while you were talking!
[Jen and Nova stick their tongues out at Jill, before looking at the ring where Slater has managed a spinning neckbreaker! As Kenath lays on the ground, Matt moves quickly to the turnbuckle and goes to hit a splash, but Israel rolls to his feet just in time to catch Slater with a boot to the face in midair! Matt crumples to the ground, clutching his face as Kenath spits on the ground and moves forward, pulling Slater up and glancing behind him at Wondabread, who appears to be looking for a contact he'd 'lost'. Smirking, Israel then kicks Slater in the groin, making Matt double over, before Kenath grabs hold of him once more and goes for a powerbomb.]
Jill Matthews: This should be good! Kenath's got Slater on his shoulders and starts to hit it... WHAT?!
Vince Walters: HA! Take THAT bitch! Slater just countered with his Raining Shadows!!!
Jill Matthews: H..how?
Jen Ryette: Hm? Oh Matty-chi jus' tucked his knees in and pulled Kenny-kun down by his neck... duh.
[As Jill just stares at Jen, Slater is on his feet in the ring and smirking. He moves to the turnbuckle once more and stands atop it, waiting. Kenath moves to his feet, and is immediately met with a flying forearm smash! Israel stumbles, and Matt moves to his feet to move forward, but Israel suddenly pulls the gold watch from his pocket and swings it at Slater, whipping it into his face! Blood slowly trickles from Slater's temple as he reaches his hand up, feeling the crimson liquid dripping down as Israel smirks and lifts the pocket watch, which is now stained with blood. Matt scowls angrily and lurches towards the watch, but Kenath catches him and throws him outside of the ring!!]
Jill Matthews: This match has just been moved to the outside of the ring! Kenath is moving through the ropes himself, and jumps from the ring to his a knee drop! That's gotta hurt!
Vince Walters: Yeah and yet as Israel lifts Slater back up, he just gets hit with a clubbing fist from Matt!
Jen Ryette: And Matty-chi's leadin' Kenny-kun over here! Hi Matty-chi!
Jill Matthews: Oh shit... back away from the table guys!
[Slater slams Kenath's head into the announcer's table, and Jen pulls out her lizard print cellphone and starts taking pictures as Kenath manages to kick Slater in the knee, then turns around and grabs hold of him. Israel lifts him up and hits his K-5 onto the announcement table!! He then moves to the turnbuckle, the count now at 5 as he gets to the top and jumps off for a frogsplash!!]
Jill Matthews: Kenath just hit his finisher and a frogsplash through the table!!
Vince Walters: ...we're gonna need a new table in here before the next match...
Jen Ryette: Look look! Kenny's dragged Matty-chi from da wreckage and is goin' for da pin!
1...
2...-
Jill Matthews: NO! Kenath just BARELY misses out! He almost had it!!
Vince Walters: The count is still going! It's at 8 now! Get back into the ring!
[Neither man wanting to be disqualified, Kenath hurries to the ring and jumps in, and Slater gingerly gets up, and at the 9 count manages to pull himself up onto the mat. But right as he moves painfully through the ropes, Israel hits him hard with another big boot, this time to the chest before slamming him into the corner, moving forward and lifting him up to sit Slater on the turnbuckle. He taunts the crowd for a moment with a grin, before grabbing Matt by the throat and lifting him up... then throwing him down for a chokeslam to the outside of the ring!!!]
Jill Matthews: Oh god, Matt has taken far too much damage in this match!
Vince Walters: Israel looks to be dragging Slater back into the ring to go for the pin yet again!
1...
2...
Jill Matthews: AGAIN! Kenath JUST misses out with Matt getting a shoulder up!
Jen Ryette: Come on Slater! Get your head back in da game and show us that you really are a force ta be reckoned with! Prove it Matt! Do it!!!
[At Jen's suddenly serious, loud yell into her own mic as the commentators stood behind the now ruined table, Slater looks over at Jen and suddenly sends her a confident smirk and a nod, before moving swiftly to his feet and slamming his fist into Kenath's stomach, then slamming him down for a faceplant! Matt then runs to the ropes, moves behind them and hits a springboard corkscrew senton, his legs landing right on the face of Kenath!! Blood is seen pouring from the man's nose as Matt pulls him up and goes for a Shockwave. But Israel manages to power out of it!]
Jill Matthews: Kenath just stopped Matt's finisher!
Vince Walters: But Slater doesn't seem fazed! He just hit a bicycle kick into Kenath's face again! Israel's nose HAS to be broken by now!
Jill Matthews: And he's not done yet! He's on a roll now as he unties the turnbuckle's padding... and he grabs Kenath and slams his face into the exposed steel! Dear god!
Vince Walters: HELL YES! Israel's face is just covered in blood now!!! And Slater jumps up to the stumbling man and hits a flying gogoplata! He has Kenath in his Merciless Demise!
Jill Matthews: You mean 'Your Merciless Demise'?
Vince Walters: No, it's most definitely Kenath's...
Jen Ryette: And Matty-chi's not lettin' go... Kenny-kun's as blue as a smurf hehe... is it just me or did he stop strugglin'...?
Jill Matthews: He did... Kenath stopped moving!!! Wondabread better get his ass over there!!
[Looking unhappy, Wondabread finally goes over with encouragement from the crowd and Slater rolls away, watching as the man lifts Israel's hand once and let's it fall... then again... and once more... before standing and grabbing the YB title, lifting Slater's arm.]
Ding Ding Ding!!!
Jill Matthews: He did it!! Kenath is out cold, and we have a new Youngblood Champion!!! What a match!!!
Jen Ryette: Nova-chi says 'I told ya so'!
Vince Walters: Hell fucking YES!
Tom Davis: The winner due to his opponent not being able to continue... your new Youngblood Champion... Matt Slater!!!

Jill Matthews: Matt Slater has become the new Youngblood Champion here on Ignite, but I have to say, Israel put on a valiant fight against the challenger!
Vince Walters: You know, I hate that imbecile, but he did try to keep his title tonight. I’m sure he’ll get a rematch, but for now, Slater is ... looking at Wondabread. Oh boy...
After Slater has stepped down from the turnbuckle, showing off the Youngblood Championship he has just won, he turns around to focus on Wondabread, who is trying to wake up Israel by slapping his face. Slater coldly strolls over to Kenath’s friend and designated referee after he drops the belt onto the canvas, standing behind Wondabread as the crowd start to murmur.
Vince Walters: This ... is going to be ugly...
Wondabread suddenly realizes that he’s being stared at, gulping slightly as he slowly looks around and offers Slater a “I’m sorry for what I’ve done” look. Slater doesn’t buy it though and forcefully grabs Wondabread, pulling him onto his shoulders before he delivers a lethal Shockwave!
Vince Walters: Good night, Wonda! Sleep well!
Slater kneels over Wondabread for a moment until he goes over to Israel and kneels down by him instead, reaching into the pocket of his pants and retrieving the watch. Slater grips it in his hand as he collects the Youngblood Championship too, Jen leaping into the ring and embracing Slater with a hug. As she stands by him, Slater looks over his shoulder at both Wondabread and Israel, Slater then smirking before he turns to the crowd in front of him and raises the belt high, the crowd booing mightily.
Vince Walters: Your new Youngblood Champion, ladies and gentleman!
Jill Matthews: And a well-deserved one, even though I think he’s a callous psycho at times...
Vince Walters: He’s not a psycho! Israel and Wonda aggravated him earlier! He did what was necessary to get his point across!
Jill Matthews: Still, Slater is now in a position of many challengers that want to become the Youngblood Champion, and he’ll have to be strong to retain that belt.
Vince Walters: I think he heard you, Jill. He’s getting a microphone.
Jill Matthews: He can’t hear me from here with all these people booing. Perhaps ... he’s going to give his answer.
Vince Walters: Oh yeah! This will be interesting!
Slater exhales as he regains his energy after the tough contest, looking at the belt momentarily that adorns his shoulder before he raises the microphone to his blood-covered lips and starts to speak.
Matt Slater: I told all of you people ... that there would be a new Youngblood Champion crowned tonight. I told all of you people that I would leave Kenath Israel staring up at the lights ... and look at what he’s currently doing ... at least until the medics help him out. He’s all yours.
Slater is of course referring to the small team of medics who are coming out to check on Israel and Wondabread, Slater smirking again until he continues to speak.
Matt Slater: But there is one thing that I have not told all of you people, and it is something that I have contemplated and considered for some time. And after being lectured and advised by Roger Wright ... Cera ... and Johnny Stylez...
Vince Walters: Wait a minute, Johnny Stylez?
Matt Slater: I have come to my conclusion...
The crowd anticipate his response as they start to murmur again, Slater looking down for a moment until he looks up and clarifies what they want to hear.
Matt Slater: ... I’m in.
Slater drops the microphone as the crowd respond with cheers and boos, Slater exiting the ring and walking towards the ramp as he looks at his Youngblood Championship once more, Jen following him with a skip in her step.
Jill Matthews: It’s been decided! Matt Slater will now be part of Team NEW heading into World War X! What an announcement!
Vince Walters: And here I thought he’d pussy out like Johnny said he would! But ... why would Johnny ... I can’t even comprehend this.
Jill Matthews: I’m not sure what happened between Slater and Stylez, but whatever the case, Matt Slater will now be alongside Matthew Carter, Cera and Roger Wright in the War Games Match. This just got a lot more interest...
Suddenly, the lights start to flicker around the arena as crackling sounds emanate from the Edge-tron, Slater looking up at it as does the crowd and the commentators, Jen the only one to ignore it as she happily skips towards the backstage curtain.
Vince Walters: What ... what's going on?
As the crackling dissipates, the Edge-tron shows scenes of mass destruction and burning buildings, smoldering away as the smoke drifts into the fiery sky. These scenes start to get further and further away until eventually an upside-down, blood-stained cross appears to come up at the forefront of the screen. The imagery lingers as sounds of a slow, dull heartbeat start to play, these scenes of carnage cutting away to instant black before three blood-red words appear.
YOUR DESTRUCTION AWAITS
After a short while the images bleed away, the Edge-tron returning to normal as the crowd respond in confusion, wondering what that was about. Slater also shrugs his shoulders and continues to walk up the ramp to the stage, disappearing behind the curtain.
Vince Walters: What was that about?
Jill Matthews: I have no idea, but something is coming. I'm certain of it.

Jill Mathews: And to top our night off full of excellent wrestling, we finally top it off with the Vacant Tag Team Titles on the line-
Vince Walters: And The Court will win them…some real suspense there…
Jill Mathews: Well The Court were the only two teams who got through to the finals of the Wildcard Tournament, even beating your precious cRu.
Vince Walters: Believe me Jill, if anyone’s my precious it’s you…
Jill Mathews: Whatever you say Gollum…
The Arena dims slightly as the tron suddenly flashes on, revealing a crown with the silhouettes of four people standing in front of it, in the middle a woman's figure, a man on one side and a man and another woman on the other.. This image fades as Victorian style lettering appears right after, spelling out 'The Court'.
A flash of red, and suddenly the video begins rapidly playing shining moments from the matches the Court members have been in, finally ending with an image of Vanessa standing proudly, staring upwards as the words 'The Court is now in Session' flashes across the screen in decorative lettering, dispersing into gold dust before the video slowly fades to black....
Suddenly, 'You're Going Down' by the Sick Puppies blasts out of the speakers as an explosion of pyro rises from the start of the ramp. An odd silvery blue smog floods through the arena, before the members of the Court, in a diamond pattern, led by Vanessa at the front, Adrien Specter and Frank Finelli on either side of her, and Reya Serra behind them, all emerge from the smoke. They stroll forward, all looking deviously if not sadistically confident as they move forward, the crowd going wild.
Jill Mathews: A clear sign of unity from The Court regardless of this match here tonight.
Vince Walters: Oh believe me, the seeds of dissention shall be present here tonight.
Jill Mathews: That’s a long word for you Vince.
Vince Walters: I do know what “dissention” means…
Jill Mathews: No, I was talking about “the”.
Vince Walters: …
Jill Mathews: And with that, we take you to Tom Davis for our official introductions.
Back in the ring, the four competitors have all segregated themselves into their teams, before backing away from one another, as Tom Davis stands in the middle with a mic in his hands.
Tom Davis: The following contest is your main event of the evening. It is a tag team match up, and it is for the NEW Tag Team Championships!
The ref standing in the ring, holds up the tag team titles high into the air, presenting them to the crowd as the applaud.
Tom Davis: First, standing in the corner to my left, they weighed in this morning at a combine weight of 267lbs., representing The Court, they are the team of The Queen, Vanessa, and The Herald of Holiness Reya Serra, Divinity!
The Crowd cheers as both Vanessa and Serra climb up onto the turnbuckles, raising their hands in the air with smiles on their faces.
Jill Mathews: Some would say these two are the clear favorites to win the belts here tonight, given their history as a tag team-
Vince Walters: History?! They’ve had ONE MATCH! I’d hardly call that “history as a tag team”.
Tom Davis: And finally, their opponents. They come in at a combine weight of 460lbs., also representing The Court, they are the team of “The King” Adrien Specter, and “The Executioner” Frank Finelli!
The two men stand in the ring, raising their arms to greet the crowd, who gives them something of a mixed reaction, as the pair turn their sites to their opponents with intent in their eyes.
Jill Mathews: Frank Finelli replacing the now retired Judas Dathan in this match up, and I’ve got to ask Vince, with the tension between Frank and Adrien, how do you think this team will work out?
Vince Walters: I think they’ll work out like they’re suppose to. They’re gonna lay down like bitches and let the girls get their official “victory”.
Jill Mathews: Oh really?
Vince Walters: What? One’s banging the leader of the group, and the other is slobbering at her feet, how the hell else is this gonna go down?
DING!
Casually, the two teams walk up to one another, before both the men extend their hands to the women. Quickly, the girls shake hands with them, before turning to the corner, before both men start running, delivering a clothesline each, and sending the girls out to ringside.
Jill Mathews: Well it looks like you were wrong Vince, as The King and Executioner seem to be taking this match very seriously indeed.
Vince Walters: It’s all part of the ploy, don’t you worry about that. All V and Reya will have to do is snap their fingers before the bitches of the group lay down.
As V and Reya quickly shoot to their feet, and look at their opponents in shock, which quickly turns to irritation, while in the ring the men back off to their corner, Adrien climbing through the ropes as Frank tells the girls to come at him. Quickly the women are at their corner before Vanessa climbs into the ring, and Finelli and Janason begin the match. As She climbs through the ropes, immediately Vanessa takes off, running for a Diving Spear, knocking Frank on his back, before quickly rolling off him and back to her feet again. She doesn’t let up as Frank begins to get to his feet, as she comes running with an attempt at a punt. But as her foot goes to make contact, Frank grabs and pulls on the leg, forcing Vanessa onto the mat in a splits position, before be deliverers a club fist into the face of Janason.
Jill Mathews: Looks here to be something of a rematch from Convicted as Frank looks to redeem himself from the loss he suffered at the hands of Vanessa.
Vince Walters: Just another example of how weak he is against his other Court members, because he’s scared of what would happen if he beat them. The guy’s pussy-whipped through and through…
As Vanessa rolls to her feet again, holding her face where Finelli punched her, Frank quickly climbs to his feet as well. As the pair glare at each other, it’s Frank who makes the first move, running at Vanessa with an attempted Shoulder Block, but Janason quickly dodges, tripping Frank up with a Drop Toe Hold, and catching his neck and arms on the middle rope, before she quickly springs to her feet to deliver a harsh Axe Kick into the lower back of The Executioner. As he calls out in pain, Janason quickly pulls him off the ropes, before going for a quick pin attempt.
ONE…
Jill Mathews: And a quick kickout from Finelli.
Vince Walters: Well it seems like the guy has a little pride at least.
Vanessa looks down at Frank, before the pair get back to their feet once again, but it’s Janason who’s the fasted of the two, quickly getting to the corner and tagging in Reya, before scaling the turnbuckle, and launching herself with a missile dropkick, flooring Frank before Serra comes running in with a baseball slide into the side of his head. Quickly Reya follows up with a pin as Vanessa rolls out the ring to her corner.
ONE…
TW-
Jill Mathews: And another kickout from Frank.
Vince Walters: Well at least he’s gonna bitch out swinging…
As both competitors get to their feet once again, Frank looks at Reya, before looking over at Adrien, who’s asking for the tag. Suddenly Finelli lunges towards Serra, catching her by surprise, before dealing out a harsh running clothesline, flooring Reya. Quickly pulling her back to her feet, Frank launches The Herald into his own corner, before dealing out a series of shoulder thrusts into the gut of Reya, before finally tagging in Specter.
Jill Mathews: Adrien finally getting into this match for the first time.
Vince Walters: Great, The Executioner of Credibility switches out to the King of Bitches…
As Adrien climbs into the ring, he begins delivering a series of chops into the chest of Serra, before bringing her down with a Snapmare, following up with a harsh kick into her spine, before going for a pin.
ONE-
Jill Mathews: And an easy kickout from Serra.
Adrien is quickly back to his feet, picking up Reya by her head, and quickly Irish whips her into the ropes. However, on the return, while Specter attempts a Superkick, Reya quickly ducks under it, reaching the other ropes, and jumping off them for a Springboard Tornado DDT on Adrien.
Jill Mathews: Serra’s Blessing!
Vince Walters: And here comes the winning pin…
ONE…
TW-
Vince Walters: Would you look at that, Specter’s apparently grown a set too…
As Reya Quickly rolls to her feet, with Specter close behind, Serra quickly grabs Adrien and pulls him to his feet, before striking out with a Russian Leg Sweep, flooring Specter. She quickly follows up with a Fujiwara Armbar, but Adrien quickly gets his legs on the bottom rope, forcing her to release the hold. Serra is quick to her feet, beginning to walk over to her corner to tag in Vanessa, but Specter rolls back to an upright position, before grabbing Reya, and stopping her from tagging, before flooring her with an STO, before going for a pin.
ONE…
TWO…[/ b]
Jill Mathews: Kickout my Serra!
Vince Walters: Seriously, as if you’d expect any better? I bet Adrien helped pull her up too…
As Adrien is quick to his feet, he grabs Reya, before Irish Whipping her into her own corner, looking at Vanessa, almost calling for the pair to tag. As the Janason Sisters quickly tag each other and swap places, Adrien looks at V, smirking at her as she comes in running, as she attempts a running SeVerity, but Specter grabs the foot and twists it sharply, forcing Vanessa onto the mat, before attempting an Ankle lock. But before he can, Vanessa gets onto her back and kicks him off, sending him into the corner before she comes running, delivering a harsh Bicycle Kick into Adrien’s head, before pulling him into the center of the ring and going for a pin attempt.
ONE…
TWO…
Jill Mathews: Kickout by Adrien!
Vince Walters: Wonder if that’s he acts in bed. Not even three second before he forces her off him…
Quickly maintaining the advantage, Vanessa pulls Adrien up, before delivering a harsh chop onto his chest, before, he returns with one of his own. The pair continue to go back and forth, striking each other in succession before suddenly Adrien delivers a kick to the gut of V, before pulling her in for a DDT, flooring her. However, instead of going for a pin, Adrien makes his way to the corner turnbuckle, climbing up before striking out with a Double Rotation Moonsault.
Jill Mathews: SENT FROM ABOVE!
Vince Walters: He’s going for a pin?!
ONE…
TWO…
TH-
Jill Mathews: ARM UP BY VANESSA!
Vince Walters: Knew it was too good to be true…
Adrien gets to his feet, bringing Vanessa up to her knees, before she begins fighting back, knocking his hand away before delivering a harsh punch into the gut of Specter, before grabbing his head and bringing him in for a small package.
ONE…
TWO…
Jill Mathews: And an escape by Adrien…
Vince Walters: Bet that was pre-planned too…
As he escapes, Adrien rolls across the ring, quickly tagging in Frank as Vanessa does the same, tagging in Serra, as the pair run full speed at each other, Frank using his weight to gain an advantage, knocking Reya down with a shoulder tackle. Quickly Frank picks her up once again, bringing her over to the corner, and bringing her up into the turnbuckle, before striking out with a Super German Suplex from the top, flooring Serra before going for a pin.
ONE…
TWO…
TH-
Jill Mathews: And Vanessa in for the break up!
Vince Walters: And here comes Specter!
Quickly, Adrien comes running, driving a knee into the face of Vanessa as she makes the save as all hell breaks loose as Vanessa quickly rolls to her feet and takes down Adrien with a Flying Lariat, before climbing on top and beginning to deliver a series of blows to the head of Specter. While Frank and Reya roll to the outside of the ring to get to their feet, before beginning to go back and forth with punches.
Jill Mathews: And this fight’s successfully escalated into an all out brawl!
Vince Walters: All part of the plan, I can assure you.
Outside the ring, Reya quickly takes Frank down with a Japanese Arm Drag, flooring him on the outside, as Vanessa turns her attention away from Specter, and to the action on the outside. Quickly running to the ropes, Janason quickly grabs the top rope, before spring boarding her way into a legdrop on the downed Frank, before getting to her feet, and high fiving her sister. However, they fail to notice that Adrien is on his feet, and runs to the ropes, bouncing off the before coming in with a suicide dive, flooring the three of them on the outside of the ring.
Jill Mathews: EVERYONE’S DOWN!
Slowly, they all begin to murmur, but it’s Frank who’s first back to his feet, grabbing Vanessa and rolling her into the ring, before going for a pin attempt. However, the ref doesn’t count the pin.
Jill Mathews: Why isn’t the ref counting?
Vince Walters: Have you not been paying attention? V’s not the legal woman…
As Frank looks up at the ref, expecting an explanation, Reya quickly rolls into the ring, grabbing Finelli before using all her might to deliver a Dragon Suplex Pin!
Jill Mathews: DECREE OF JUSTICE!!!
ONE…
TWO…
THR-
Vince Walters: Specter breaks up the pin attempt!
Specter quickly knocks Serra off Frank before he gets to his feet quickly, watching Reya closely as She slowly begins to get to her feet, before Adrien boots her in the gut, before running to the ropes and comes back, hitting the Running Canadian Destroyer.
Jill Mathews: READ THE PASSAGE!!!
Vince Walters: But Vanessa’s Back to her feet!
As Adrien looks down at his handiwork, Vanessa calls to him, making him turn around before she suddenly strikes out with a Spinning Heel Kick.
Jill Mathews: DEVIATE!!!
As Vanessa looks around the scene, she sees Frank slowly climbing to his feet, before she comes in running towards him, looking for another DeViate to finish the job. However, as she swings her leg, Finelli grabs it, before using the momentum to deliver a harsh Spinebuster to Janason. However, he learns from his last mistake, looking over at Reya as she slowly climbs to her feet. The pair look across the ring at each other, before suddenly they both come running, Reya attempting to strike out with a Superkick, but Frank quickly sidesteps it, before grabbing Reya from behind and hitting out with the Full Nelson Facebuster!
Jill Mathews: FINELLI FACEBUSTER!!!
Vince Walters: $5 says she kicks out…
ONE…
TWO…
THREE!!!
DING!
Jill Mathews: WE HAVE NEW TAG CHAMPS…and you owe me $5!
Vince Walters: See, I told you she’d…wait, WHAT?!
Tom Davis: And your winners, and NEW Tag Team Champions, the team of Adrien Specter, and Frank Finelli!!!
Quickly Adrien rolls out the ring, still holding his head as Frank looks down at the pinned Reya. Slowly, Adrien takes hold of the tag team belts, before rolling back into the ring, and looking down at Finelli, before handing him one. Frank takes the belt, before the pair raise them in the air in victory, before their attention turns to Vanessa and Reya, who both begin to get back to their feet.
Jill Mathews: Well some people believed this one to be a walk over, but it would appear that opposites attract as Frank and Specter gain the Tag Team Championships in their first match as a team!
Vince Walters: I…I…don’t know what to say.
Jill Mathews: Well shut the fuck up then…
Back in the ring, the girls are upright once again, looking at Specter and Frank, before slowly extending their hands to shake. The girls look to one another, before back to the boys, before finally accepting the hands, and shaking them in sportsmanship, before Divinity raise the hands of Adrien and Finelli in victory.
The scene on Ignite 55 fades with the great sign of sportsmanship, as a small video package for World War X plays before the show finally goes off the air.
